Rates:

room efficiency and 1 bedroom suites are based on 2 people per room;
two bedroom rates are based on four people. Extra person charges are

Deposits
& Cancellations: 50%
is required on all reservations. Reservations are considered as commitments
for full period requested and are subject to confirmation; no refunds
on late arrivals or eary departures. All cancellations and date changes
are subjet to $50.00 handling charge. To obtain a refund, you must advise
us 14 days prior to arrival date - less a $50.00 handling fee. If notification
is less than 14 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
Payments:
Balance
is due upon arrival. Cash, Major Credit Cards or Travelers Checks are
acceptable. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks at check-in
time.
